Director Of Coaching (Boys Program) Kevin Wilhelm serves as the Director of Coaching for the boys program at Northern Steel. He is also the Assistant Men's Coach for Slippery Rock University. Kevin is NSCAA licensed and was one of the original coaches with Northern Steel when the club was founded in 1995. Kevin's playing career included playing for both Slippery Rock University as well as Gannon University, and was a member of the Gannon squad that reached the NCAA Final Four in 1993. Kevin's coaching experience spans fifteen years and includes numerous State Championships (PPA & PA West), Regional Champions and two National Finalist teams. Kevin had also served as the Head Coach of the Thiel College program for four years, an ODP Coach, and time working for the Columbus Crew of Major League Soccer. |

Director Of Coaching (Girls Program)
Blair Gerlach serves as the Director of Coaching for the girls program. Blair has coached for Northern Steel for nine years and has earned a Boys US Club National Championship and a Girls National Finalist Trophy in that time, along with several PPA and PA WEST State Championships. He also coaches the Mars High School Girls team and is the founder of BG SOCCER CAMPS, which runs approximately 20 summer camps each year.
Blair played for both the University of Maryland and Slippery Rock University as well as a trial with the U20 United States Men's National Team. He currently lives in Mars, Pa with his wife, Heather, and their 2 children, Eden and Owen.

Blair Gantz

Blair Gantz has been coaching for nine years and has experience at the club, high school and college level. She is the former head girls coach of Slippery Rock High School and also spent two years as the top Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at Allegheny College in Meadville, PA. Blair returned to coach with Northern Steel in 2008. In 2008 she was able to direct the U14G to a Penn West Cup Championship and earn a trip to the US Club Soccer Regional. Blair has also recently taken the task of Academy Director on a full-time basis for Northern Steel. |

Luke Marsh serves as a head coach and assistant coach for the girls program. Luke coached for Arsenal FC for three years and also has coached for Northern Steel for a total of three years. He was an assistant coach with the 2002 PA State Finalist Butler High School girls team. He also is an assistant coach with the Mars High School Girls team.
Luke played for Slippery Rock University. He currently lives in Gibsonia, Pa.
