REGISTRATION DAY JULY 19 & INFORMATION!

Registration for the 2009-2010 year will take place on July 19 at 1:00PM at the Beacon Fields.

This registration date is for all players of Academy Age - U14.

Items needed:

1.  Completed US Club Soccer Registration Form (also available at registration).

2.  Birth Certificate (needed for new players to the club only, a copy is OK).

3.  Player Registration Check

A representative of Play2Wear Sports will also be at the Registration to take uniform orders, or for the purchase of replacement items.
