NS Academy Girls

The Northern Steel Academy Program is for players 8-11 years old. Academy training is based on an introduction of skill, technique, tactics and physical well-being. This is accomplished in an environment that emphasizes learning and growth and not winning at all costs. Although competition is an integral part of the learning process it is not the keystone of development.
